1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing www.goseolabs.com (the "Site"), or engaging GOSEO Labs for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site or engage our services.
2. Services
GOSEO Labs provides AI growth consulting, AEO/GEO optimization, AI-optimized web design, brand and entity authority building, and local SEO / AI local search services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are governed by a separate written proposal or agreement between GOSEO Labs and the client, which takes precedence over these general terms where the two conflict.
3. No guaranteed outcomes
AI search engines, generative answer engines, and traditional search engines are third-party systems outside our control. While our methodology is designed to improve the likelihood of citation and visibility, we do not guarantee specific rankings, citation rates, or traffic outcomes from any engagement.
4. Intellectual property
Content, frameworks, and methodology published on this Site — including the four-layer growth architecture, book content, and any proprietary tools — remain the intellectual property of GOSEO Labs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Website use
You agree not to misuse this Site, including attempting to disrupt its operation, scraping content for republication without permission, or submitting the audit request form with false or malicious information.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GOSEO Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this Site. This section does not limit liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, and does not override liability terms in a signed client agreement.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a separate signed client agreement specifies otherwise.
